About the RoleJoin an AI-focused legal technology team as its first product manager, owning strategy and roadmap for an enterprise contract management platform. This founding-level role offers the opportunity to shape product direction and build the product function from the ground up. What You'll DoOwn product strategy and roadmap, making clear decisions about priorities and tradeoffs.

Gather and synthesize customer feedback with customer-facing legal specialists to guide product direction.

Partner with engineering to plan and scope work, adapting delivery plans for AI-assisted development.

Discuss AI and agent architecture tradeoffs with engineers and rapidly prototype product ideas.

Establish product practices for prioritization, documentation, launches, and measuring outcomes.

What We're Looking ForFive to ten years of product management experience on AI-focused engineering teams, with ownership of product roadmaps.

Experience shipping core AI or LLM products to production and working with agentic systems, including evaluation, latency, model behavior, and context.

Background in B2B SaaS or AI-native products, plus experience at an early-stage startup, as a founder, or as a first product manager.

Strong technical fluency and experience working closely with engineers on delivery scope and timelines.

Hands-on prototyping experience with AI developer tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

Experience using SQL or coding tools to analyze product data, such as funnels and cohorts.

Product experience beyond internal tools, HR workflows, and APIs or integrations.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationOn-site in New York, New York.
