About this role

Overview The Senior Analyst, Total Rewards will provide analytical, operational, and project support across the Company’s Total Rewards programs, with a primary focus on compensation. Reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards, the role will analyze compensation and workforce data, conduct market reviews, support program design and administration, develop actionable recommendations, and partner with HR and business stakeholders to advance competitive and effective Total Rewards programs.

Responsibilities General Compensation

Administer and enhance compensation and recognition programs, including job evaluation, leveling and grading within the Company’s compensation framework, salary structures, compensation planning, incentives, and communications.

Conduct market pricing and compensation survey participation activities, including benchmark job matching, data submission, analysis, validation, and interpretation of results.

Develop data-supported recommendations for offers, promotions, transfers, market adjustments, retention actions, and organizational changes, considering internal equity, market competitiveness, and business needs.

Analyze compensation outcomes and market trends to identify pay compression, equity concerns, competitive gaps, and opportunities to strengthen programs and structures.

Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to support compensation decisions, annual cycles, budgeting, modeling, and related initiatives.

Total Rewards & Benefits

Develop dashboards, reports, models, and executive-ready insights across compensation, recognition, benefits, wellness, and relevant workforce metrics.

Provide analytical and project support for benefits and wellness programs, including participation, utilization, cost trends, plan performance, renewals, enrollment, and vendor reporting.

Leverage HR technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, workflows, data quality, and operational efficiency while protecting confidential information and validating outputs.

Maintain accurate Total Rewards data, support audits and compliance activities, and collaborate with internal and external partners on program delivery and continuous improvement.

Support other Total Rewards initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, Total Rewards, Human Resources, analytics, or a related field required.

Experience supporting compensation or broader Total Rewards programs through analysis, program administration, reporting, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage recurring processes and projects, develop recommendations, and support HR and business decision-making in a complex environment.

Required Skills

Working knowledge of compensation and Total Rewards principles and practices.

Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate actionable insights.

Experience with HRIS, dashboard, and reporting tools

Strong organizational and project-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Strong written, verbal, consulting, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work.

Proficiency using AI-enabled productivity and analytical tools for responsible operational improvement and decision support.

Ability to handle highly sensitive employee, compensation, and organizational information with discretion and sound judgment.

High-level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.

Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Desired Skills

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from World at Work, or another relevant professional certification, preferred.

Experience with Workday Compensation or other HRIS and Total Rewards platforms preferred.

Experience supporting salary structures, recognition, benefits, wellness, incentive programs, or related Total Rewards initiatives preferred.

Experience with major compensation survey providers and market-pricing platforms preferred.

Spanish-language proficiency is a plus.
