The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Account Executive to become SOURCIX’s first sales hire in the US and help build our commercial presence in the American market.

This is not a traditional AE role. You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team to build our US sales motion from the ground up — developing pipeline, engaging strategic accounts, refining our messaging, and closing customers across hardware, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain.

In the early stage, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery to demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing. As we scale, SDR support will be added, allowing you to focus increasingly on larger opportunities and strategic accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who wants the ownership and impact of an early-stage sales position, understands technical buyers, and is excited to help build the foundation of SOURCIX’s US organization.

Responsibilities

Sales & Pipeline Ownership

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Build qualified pipeline from the ground up across target US accounts
• Develop relationships with procurement leaders, supply chain executives, engineers, and manufacturing teams
• Navigate complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple technical and business stakeholders
• Build and maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
• Turn early customer conversations into repeatable sales opportunities

US Market Development

• Help establish SOURCIX’s commercial presence in the US
• Identify and engage high-value accounts across aerospace, defense, robotics, hardware, industrial technology, and other advanced manufacturing sectors
• Validate and refine ICP, positioning, messaging, and sales strategy based on real market feedback
• Identify new verticals, use cases, and commercial opportunities
• Help shape the foundation for scaling the US sales organization

Technical & Consultative Selling

• Understand customer sourcing, procurement, and manufacturing workflows
• Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Translate SOURCIX’s technology and capabilities into clear operational and financial value
• Run product demonstrations tailored to customer workflows and challenges
• Develop a strong understanding of custom mechanical parts and manufacturing processes

Field & Customer Engagement

• Build relationships with customers through both remote and in-person engagement
• Visit strategic customers and prospects across the US
• Represent SOURCIX at selected trade shows, conferences, and industry events
• Build targeted account strategies around events and industry opportunities
• Develop long-term relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders

Founding Team Collaboration

• Work directly with SOURCIX’s founders and leadership team
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams in Israel
• Bring customer and market feedback directly into product and company strategy
• Help develop sales processes, messaging, outreach strategies, and the early US sales playbook
• Operate with high autonomy, accountability, and ownership across time zones

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in technology, manufacturing, or another complex technical environment
• Proven experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and closing new business
• Strong track record selling to technical and operational stakeholders
• Experience working with procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or related organizations
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical products and workflows
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership in an early-stage environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• US-based and willing to travel for customers, trade shows, and industry events

Nice to Have

• Experience selling into aerospace, defense, robotics, industrial technology, or advanced manufacturing companies
• Experience with custom mechanical parts and manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, sheet metal, casting, or injection molding
• Experience selling procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing software
• Experience with B2B marketplaces or digital manufacturing platforms
• Existing relationships within US manufacturing, procurement, or hardware ecosystems
• Experience as an early or founding sales hire at a startup
• Based in Austin, TX, Greater New York / New Jersey, or Los Angeles / Southern California
