What you'll do

You'll own large parts of Dodo's product and infrastructure — from the real-time systems powering our AI agents to the products healthcare teams use every day.

• Design and ship core product features end-to-end, from idea to production
• Build and improve the real-time voice and agent infrastructure behind millions of patient interactions
• Make our AI agents faster, more reliable, and capable of handling increasingly complex workflows
• Build integrations with the systems that run healthcare, from scheduling and practice management software to telephony and payments
• Turn messy real-world workflows into simple, reliable product experiences
• Work directly with customers to understand hard problems and ship solutions quickly
• Own large surfaces of the product and codebase with significant autonomy
• Work closely with the founders on product direction, architecture, and technical strategy

Who you are

You're a product-minded engineer who loves building, moves fast, and cares deeply about the details.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and comfortable working across the stack
• Exceptional at turning ambiguous problems into simple, working products
• High ownership — you take things from vague idea to production and keep making them better
• Product-minded — you care as much about what we should build and how it feels to use as how it's implemented
• Comfortable learning whatever part of the stack is necessary to solve the problem
• Experience with real-time systems, LLMs, voice, or telephony is a plus, but not required
• Excited to work in person in San Francisco with a small team of exceptional engineers
