The roleWe're a small, senior engineering team, and we plan to stay that way. Writing code is no longer the constraint. Judgement is. You'll own architecture and delivery across our core platform, and you'll be measured on the quality of the systems you design and the mistakes you prevent, not on lines of code. What we're looking forDesign judgement earned the hard way. You can explain why a design is wrong, not just that it feels wrong.

A track record of systems that stayed maintainable, not just shipped.

Fluency with agentic development: specs first, agents as a force multiplier, with a verification loop.

Range across backend, front-end and DevOps, with Python at the centre.

Low ego. You listen first and work toward consensus.
