Job Overview

UpSela Talent Solutions Inc. is hiring an experienced Project Manager – AI Academy (AI Adoption & Awareness) for one of our leading enterprise clients in Plano, TX.

The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-wide AI adoption, awareness, learning, and enablement programs, supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Digital Transformation initiatives. This role requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, executive presentation, and organizational change management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI Academy programs, including AI adoption, awareness, training, and employee enablement. • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and multiple workstreams. • Coordinate AI learning journeys, workshops, seminars, training sessions, and awareness campaigns. • Collaborate with AI, Data Science, IT, and business teams to translate technical AI concepts into business-friendly materials. • Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, training materials, and program communications. • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, governance forums, and leadership reviews. • Support organizational change management, responsible AI awareness, and enterprise AI adoption. • Track program KPIs, participation, progress, risks, and outcomes using reporting tools. • Ensure alignment with enterprise AI strategy, governance frameworks, and corporate policies.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management, enterprise learning, change management, or cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong project planning, organizational, execution, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent written/verbal communication and advanced Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills.

• Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning concepts.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools in professional environments.

• Experience coordinating business and technical teams across complex enterprise initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Experience with AI adoption, AI enablement, enterprise learning, employee upskilling, or digital transformation.

• Experience developing executive presentations and technical training materials.

• Familiarity with Power BI, dashboards, program metrics, and reporting.

• Experience supporting organizational change management and responsible AI governance.

• Experience working in large, cross-functional enterprise environments.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a strong program manager and communicator who can bridge the gap between AI technology and business users. This position does not require the candidate to be an AI engineer; however, they should be comfortable discussing AI and Generative AI concepts, working with technical teams, and translating those concepts into effective learning, adoption, and executive communication materials.

Candidates should demonstrate a combination of program management, stakeholder engagement, presentation development, AI familiarity, and enterprise change/adoption experience.
