We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive operational, financial, and guest experience success.
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish 3+ years of restaurant management experience Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Experience managing restaurant operations, labor, food costs, and budgets
Key Responsibilities:
Own the location’s profit and loss Manage food costs, labor costs, and operating expenses while driving sales growth Hire, train, and develop Assistant General Managers, Shift Managers, and Supervisors Maintain a strong management team and develop internal talent Ensure a high-quality guest experience through floor presence, table visits, and real-time coaching Create weekly labor schedules based on forecasted business volume and staffing needs Conduct weekly and monthly food and beverage inventories and identify waste or shrinkage Maintain compliance with health codes, food safety regulations, liquor license requirements, and employment laws Respond to guest feedback and identify opportunities for improvement Partner with marketing and operations leadership on promotions, menu rollouts, and local store marketing Lead team meetings and conduct individual coaching and performance conversations Manage vendor relationships, approve invoices, and maintain purchasing within budget
