Seeking an experienced Director to lead an upcoming music video project for an indie pop artist. You'll be working closely with a small, passionate crew to bring this story to life. We need a Director with a strong reel showcasing previous music video or narrative short work, ideally with a similar genre or visual style. You should have a proven track record of managing crews and talent effectively, and be adept at creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Must have experience directing senior-level productions. The shoot is planned for 1-2 full days, likely around October 17, 2026, in various Brooklyn locations. Prep work, including pre-production meetings and casting input, would take place in the weeks prior. Compensation is $300-500/day for the shoot days, plus a flat fee for prep.
