**Job Description**

**Position Description:**

Reporting to the Assistant Treasurer, Pension Investments, the Associate Director, Pension Investments will assist in the management of over $40 billion in global pension and benefits trust investments. Duties are a mixture of recurring and project related tasks and involve presentations to and interaction with senior management.

**Responsibilities:**

* Investment manager selection * Evaluating new asset classes and/or investment opportunities * Analyzing and communicating investment manager performance and compliance with investment guidelines * Performing and evaluating asset/liability modeling studies * Overseeing our Company Foundation investment portfolio * Serving as a key contact for custodian relationships

**Education Minimum:**

* BA/BS degree preferably in Finance or Accounting

**Required Experience and Skills:**

* Minimum of 4 years of Corporate Finance experience * Ability to work independently and accurately under time constraints * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and modeling * Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

**Preferred Experien*c*****e and Skills:**

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build internal and external relationships * Advanced degrees and/or certifications such as MBA, CFA or CPA * Understanding of investments, portfolio theory and statistics * Familiarity with pension accounting and asset-liability management

The salary range for this role is

$129,000.00 - $203,100.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
