Senior Product Manager, AI Agents and Marketplace

About the RoleJoin a product team building an industrial workforce marketplace and AI tools for supply chain operations. You will shape core staffing workflows and help develop production-ready AI agents that understand customer operations and complete meaningful work. What You'll DoSet product strategy for marketplace workflows and the AI agent platform.

Balance customer needs, operational realities, business outcomes, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities.

Write detailed product requirements and partner with engineering, product, and machine learning teams to ship solutions.

Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfilment, matching quality, and operational efficiency.

Design agents that reason through workflows, use tools, maintain context, and execute tasks.

Define evaluation methods and quality measures that improve agent reliability and performance.

Use data and SQL to investigate product questions, validate ideas, and guide iteration.

Work with customers and operations teams to prototype and launch products across varied industrial environments.

What We're Looking ForThree to ten years of product management experience owning complex products at fast-growing startups.

A record of shipping products at high velocity and scale, with measurable business results and comfort navigating ambiguity.

Strong technical skills, including SQL, and experience using AI assistants as part of your daily workflow.

Experience across marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems, recruiting, multi-sided platforms, or AI products.

Ability to build for non-technical users and work effectively across product, engineering, data, machine learning, and operations.

Experience building agentic AI products is valuable, as are strong computer science fundamentals or a technical degree.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationRemote in the United States, with San Francisco, California as the primary location.
