Senior Product Manager

About the RoleJoin an early-stage team building generative AI products for data teams. You will shape product strategy and roadmap, working closely with design, engineering, and customers to help data engineers work more effectively. What You'll DoSet product strategy and roadmap by identifying important use cases with customers and data engineering teams.

Partner with UX designers to turn product direction into intuitive interfaces for technical users.

Work with engineering to define, build, and launch new product capabilities.

Engage enterprise customers and represent their needs across the product team.

Support pre-sales and post-sales work with sales and customer support teams.

Partner with marketing on product messaging, positioning, pricing, and lead generation.

What We're Looking ForAt least 3 years of product management experience, including experience at an early-stage startup.

Experience building and launching 0-to-1 products for technical users, ideally data engineers.

Strong understanding of the modern data stack, including ELT, data warehousing, orchestration, dbt, Snowflake, and Spark.

Experience shipping native generative AI products and familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation.

A technical background, such as computer science or mathematics, or equivalent experience; prior data engineering experience is useful.

Comfort working autonomously, using AI coding assistants in day-to-day work, and collaborating with technical teams.

A product background focused on technical products, rather than primarily data science or analytics work.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary is $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationOn-site in Sunnyvale, California.
