Develop interface and driver software for communication between targets, firmware, and host PCs, and build test automation frameworks.
About this role
Develop interface/driver software for communication between OPAL-RT targets, DUT firmware and host PCs (TCP/UDP, EtherCAT, CAN, serial, shared memory) Build Python/C++ test automation frameworks that run test sequences, capture signals and generate reports automatically Create data-logging, visualization and results-analysis tools for bench runs Integrate test execution into CI pipelines (Bamboo / Jenkins / GitLab); maintain code quality via reviews and static analysis Support bench bring-up with the US lead; fix integration defects quickly
What you bring 3–6 years of software development in C/C++ and Python for embedded or test-system environments Experience with real-time or hardware-interfacing software; familiarity with HIL platforms (OPAL-RT API / RT-LAB Python API a strong plus) Linux and Windows development, Git, CI/CD, unit-testing discipline Comfortable reading interface control documents and working to defined protocols BE/BTech in Computer Science, Electronics or related
Nice to have: LabVIEW/NI TestStand, Robot Framework, Docker, MATLAB integration, prior semiconductor or automotive HIL projects
