About Jack Flash Jack Flash is a family-owned convenience retailer proudly serving communities throughout Illinois and Missouri since 1986. What started as a single location has grown into 18 locations, including convenience stores, truck stops, liquor stores, and car washes.

What You'll Do As General Manager, you'll oversee daily store operations, lead and develop your team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure the store meets company standards for performance, appearance, and profitability.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and develop team members while overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and staffing.

Maintain a clean, welcoming, well-stocked store that delivers an outstanding customer experience.

Manage inventory, merchandise orders, promotional displays, and product availability.

Oversee cash handling, bank deposits, daily paperwork, and other financial controls.

Monitor labor, sales, and operating performance to meet business goals and maximize profitability.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Work with Home Office departments, vendors, and fellow managers to maintain efficient operations and resolve issues.
