About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Embedded Program Manager to lead a global physical security service program for a key enterprise customer. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven security industry professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, leading high-performing teams, and continuously improving service delivery.

Working closely with the customer and internal stakeholders, you’ll take ownership of program performance, ensure service excellence, and drive operational improvements across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team delivering physical security services across an enterprise customer account.
• Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as the primary point of coordination.
• Oversee service delivery, ensuring performance meets agreed KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Lead regular business reviews, providing clear reporting on performance, risks, budgets, and improvement initiatives.
• Manage program budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects and services remain aligned with customer expectations.

About You

• Proven experience managing complex enterprise programs within the physical security or security integration industry.
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems, including access control and video surveillance.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and managing strategic client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders across a global environment.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Lenel, Software House, or similar enterprise security systems.
• Excellent communication, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
