rEvolution is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Media to join our quickly growing sports marketing agency. Reporting to the VP Media, you will be key to flawlessly executing digital media campaigns.

You Will:

Lead and develop best-in-class media strategies, defining best practices across platforms, and mentoring junior members through hard- and soft-skill training/feedback.

Serve as a client-facing lead, presenting recommendations, performance insights, strategic opportunities, and campaign timelines.

Continuously demonstrate the business value of media by outlining success metrics and driving improvements in KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and revenue.

Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with vendor reps, helping to identify risks and opportunities for the business, staying up-to-date on new ad products and taking a proactive role in sharing new opportunities with clients.

Translate data into actionable recommendations in addition to partnering with Analytics on learning agendas and measurement plans tied to client business goals.

Take ultimate responsibility for flawless execution of media plans, including ad creation, targeting, budget pacing, and inventory selection.

Feel comfortable with hands-on platform activation and optimization as-needed while coaching junior team members.

You Have:

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in advertising, business, marketing, or a related field.

6-9 years of paid media experience in an agency setting, with deep hands-on expertise in paid social strategy, buying, optimization, and measurement across both performance and brand objectives.

Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns across platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Reddit, ideally for CPG or retail clients.

Highly analytical problem-solving skills with advanced Excel knowledge and the ability to turn complex performance data into practical recommendations.

Effective team leadership skills and, the ability to keep deliverables on schedule, and maintain high team morale.

Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of working with VP-, SVP-, and C-level executives at enterprise organizations, and a positive, collaborative attitude whether working independently or on a team.

Retail media network campaign management experience (Amazon, Walmart, Roundel, etc.) preferred.

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office, but has a global reach.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $110-120K, and is eligible for a discretionary, annual bonus.
