The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing janitorial operations across assigned facilities, ensuring high-quality cleaning services, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and efficient workforce management. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and supervises site management teams to ensure contract requirements and service-level expectations are consistently met. Compensation: $70,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.    401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day janitorial operations for one or multiple client locations. Ensure all cleaning services are performed according to company standards, contract requirements, and safety regulations. Conduct regular facility inspections and quality audits to maintain service excellence. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Respond to customer concerns, service requests, and operational issues in a timely manner. Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management of janitorial employees and supervisors. Monitor labor hours, productivity, and operational expenses to meet budget objectives. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and environmental standards. Coordinate special projects, deep cleaning, floor care, and emergency response services as needed. Manage employee onboarding, coaching, disciplinary actions, and recognition programs. Track and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials. Prepare reports related to staffing, quality assurance, safety incidents, and operational performance.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED. 3+ years of management experience in janitorial, facilities management, environmental services, or related industries. Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
