General Manager — Fitness Factory Health Club, Wyomissing
Fitness Factory Health Club in Wyomissing is hiring a General Manager for one of our newly acquired locations. We’re looking for a strong leader with at least 3 years of fitness management experience who can drive operations, membership growth, and overall club success.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week leadership role for someone energetic, organized, comfortable with sales, and confident on the phone. The General Manager will oversee the front desk and support all major areas of club operations, including equipment oversight, cleanliness, club tours, membership sales, marketing, outreach, and day-to-day facility management.
Fitness Factory’s Wyomissing location is a state-of-the-art club at 3103 Paper Mill Rd, Wyomissing PA, with amenities including group fitness, cycling, a juice bar(coming soon), sauna access, and wellness-focused programming with Recovery
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily club operations and ensure a high-quality member experience.
● Manage and support the Front Desk team and general facility workflow.
● Lead efforts around membership sales, tours, marketing, and community outreach.
● Help maintain standards for cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and overall club presentation.
● Support the business side of the club and contribute directly to location performance.
Qualifications
● Minimum 3 years of prior fitness management experience required
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
● Strong basic computer skills
● Energetic, professional, and great on the phone
● Ready to learn and grow within the club operations side of the fitness industry
● Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation: $70,000–$90,000 per year
● Base salary: based on experience
● Monthly bonus based on the location’s EBITDA
● Monthly health insurance stipend
● 401(k) with company match up to 4%
● 2 weeks PTO per year
