Account Executive

About this role

About the RoleJoin a growing fintech team serving credit unions and lead new partner acquisition. You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with senior financial leaders, and help shape the team's go-to-market approach. What You'll DoGenerate new leads through in-person conferences, networking, and digital outreach, including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.

Build relationships at events and book meetings with prospective partners on the spot.

Run consultative sales meetings with credit union executives and other senior leaders.

Own opportunities from first introduction through negotiation and signed agreement.

Help refine the go-to-market playbook and sales operating model as the team grows.

Travel within your assigned territory to attend approximately 15 conferences each year.

What We're Looking ForTwo to five years of full-cycle, hunter-focused account executive experience and a track record of winning new business.

Experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.

Strong in-person relationship-building skills and the ability to engage senior executives with confidence and credibility.

Experience selling to or advising C-suite leaders; financial services or credit union experience is a plus.

Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.

Ability to explain short tenures in your work history.

Willingness to travel for conferences and work on-site five days per week.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary is $100,000 to $130,000 annually. On-target earnings are $300,000 or more, including base salary and variable compensation. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationOn-site in New York, New York.
