## Role Overview
As the People Operations Manager, Pre-Employment Programs, you will own the orchestration of our pre-employment checks, including background checks, drug and alcohol tests, and immigration checks, ensuring each candidate moves smoothly and compliantly from offer to Day 1.
## What You Will Do
You will manage the vendor relationship with our pre-employment check vendor, act as the connective tissue between Recruiting and Onboarding Programs, and design and document the end-to-end pre-employment process.
