What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach and inspire ahigh-performing restaurant team while maintaining accountability and high standards.
• Overseedaily restaurant operations to ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
• Hire, train, and develop team members, building future leaders and strong bench strength
• Work side by side with FOH & BOH teams, including cooking, prep, expo, catering, and service
• Serve as the go-to leader for guest concerns, ensuring every guest feels valued
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food cost oversight
• Analyzeoperational reports and key metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with District Manager to execute strategic business initiatives and local restaurant priorities
• Createa positive, inclusive workplace culture rooted in teamwork, respect, and high standards

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience required
• Comfortable leading both FOH & BOH teams ina fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, coaching,and leadership skills
• Guest-obsessedwith strong problem-solving skills
• Tech savvy:POSsystems, schedulingtools, MicrosoftOffice; P&L experience a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Highschool diploma required; A.A. degree preferred
• Valid Food Manager Certification(or ability to obtain)
