About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) across all day-to-day activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role provides standard admin support to the CRO (scheduling, travel, meeting management) plus a heavy focus on managing projects, processes, and operating priorities across the team. The successful candidate will act as an extension of the CRO - building strong working relationships across the organization as a whole, anticipating needs, and connecting the dots to drive initiatives forward independently.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and international travel, and process expenses accurately and in line with policy, using systems and automation where possible so this doesn't dominate the role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience providing Executive level support or business partnering, ideally within a Commercial / Sales function.
• Prior experience working in media, technology, or related industries.
• Exceptional ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize effectively under pressure.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and foster relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), integrated AI tools (Claude, Co-Pilot, or other), travel and expense management systems, and advanced calendar management tools. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

The salary for this role is based on an annualized range of $90,000-$120,000 USD. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
