Staff Product Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy for an AI-powered enterprise contracting platform. As the first product hire, you will shape the roadmap and build the product function in close partnership with engineering and customer-facing legal specialists. What You'll DoOwn product strategy and the roadmap, making clear decisions about what to build and why.

Gather and synthesize customer feedback from legal specialists who work directly with customers.

Partner with engineering to scope work, plan delivery, and adapt development processes for AI-assisted workflows.

Discuss AI and agent architecture tradeoffs with engineers and quickly prototype ideas using tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

Establish product practices for prioritization, documentation, launches, and measuring results.

What We're Looking ForFive to ten years of product management experience on an AI-focused engineering team, including roadmap ownership.

Experience shipping core AI or LLM-based products to production and working with agentic systems, including evaluations, latency, model behavior, and context.

Product management experience at a B2B SaaS or AI-native company, along with experience at an early-stage startup, as a founder, or as a first product hire.

Comfort collaborating closely with engineers and understanding technical tradeoffs and delivery effort.

Experience prototyping with AI developer tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

Ability to use SQL or coding agents to analyze product data, such as funnels and cohorts.

Compensation & BenefitsAnnual salary range: $180,000 to $250,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationOn-site in New York, New York, United States.
