Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 6,000 plus units

is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 12,000 units in the next five years.

Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell

the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board.

We're currently seeking a full time Project Manager

This person will work at Various Locations but be based out of South Plainfield, NJ

This position is Monday thru Friday 7:30AM – 3:30PM

Responsibilities Responsibilities

Commercial Division as a Project Manager

Oversee construction of commercial fit-ups

Schedule manpower required on field projects

Work with Construction Supervisor to ensure the project stays on schedule

Do material take-offs, schedule equipment and order materials needed

Correspond with the Subcontractors and the State for Inspections

Insure work is performed according to permit drawings

Maintain Job site Cleanliness, Take Care of the Jobsite

Qualifications Qualified applicant for this position must have the following skills.

Organized and Detailed

Reliable and On Time

Ability to Follow Directions

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must Pass Drug and Background Check
