Description REQUIRED:  Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph LOCATION:  Full-time onsite in Chantilly, VA

We are seeking a Software Engineer with a strong full‑stack foundation and hands‑on experience building modern applications across Java, Spring, Python, and emerging technologies. In this role, you’ll design and implement technical architectures for complex systems—spanning web applications, collection platforms, network solutions, and cloud‑native services.

Key Responsibilities and Experience neededIn this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:

Strong technical background in full-stack development, with experience in multiple programming languages and technologies.

Developing applications using program languages, including Java, and Java using Spring and Python.

Designing and implementing technical architectures for complex systems, including web applications, collection systems, network solutions, and cloud-based solutions.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud solutions, including design, implementation, and management.

Working with Al, machine learning, or other emerging technologies, with a willingness to explore and adopt new technologies.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with development teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Ability to develop and articulate a clear technical vision and recommendations, aligning with customer technical requirements and business objectives.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

Agile development methodologies and JIRA.

Working in a fast-paced, technically challenging area; ability to anticipate and manage changes or problems; assess impacts and recommend sound solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Highly Desired QualificationsOther skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include working with:

Working with the authentication and authorization process.

Working with customer networks, systems and services. Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in a A.I., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field

Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect

The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
