About this role

Role Overview Lead enterprise program governance, operational execution, and joint delivery alignment for the Marsh digital platform engagement. Ensure cross-functional workstreams (engineering, data, AI, UX) deliver on schedule, within scope, and aligned with financial budgets.Key Responsibilities- Program Governance: Establish and maintain the overarching program management office (PMO), delivery standards, and reporting mechanisms.- Schedule & Milestone Tracking: Monitor workstream dependencies, critical path milestones, and delivery gate commitments across tracks.- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, technical blockers, and delivery impediments.- Joint Governance: Facilitate steerco sessions, executive status briefings, and operational reviews between Virtusa and Marsh leadership.- Financial & Capacity Governance: Track resource allocation, burn rates, and milestone spend against approved budget baselines.Required Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, management, or related discipline.- 10-12+ years of enterprise IT program and project management experience in complex multi-vendor ecosystems.- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certification preferred.- Demonstrated success leading multi-million-dollar digital transformations and cross-functional teams.- Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities.Preferred Qualifications- Domain background in insurance, risk management, or corporate financial systems.- Experience managing blended onsite-offshore delivery models and fixed-capacity engagements.Tech Stack & Tools- Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Advanced Excel, Power BI / Executive Dashboards.- Governance: SAFe, Scaled Agile, Waterfall/Agile Hybrid governance.
