About the RoleJoin an early-stage legal AI team as its first product manager, owning the strategy and roadmap for an AI-powered enterprise contracting platform. You will take the product from zero to one and work closely with engineering and customer-facing legal specialists to shape its direction. What You'll DoSet product strategy and prioritize the roadmap, balancing what to build now with what can wait.

Combine customer feedback from legal specialists working directly with customers to guide product decisions.

Partner with engineering to scope work and plan delivery for AI-assisted development.

Discuss AI and agent architecture tradeoffs with engineers and rapidly prototype ideas using tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

Build core product practices, including prioritization, documentation, launches, and success measurement.

What We're Looking ForFive to ten years of product management experience on AI-focused engineering teams, including ownership of product roadmaps.

Experience shipping core AI or LLM products to production and working with agentic systems, including model behavior, evaluations, latency, and context.

Background in B2B SaaS or AI-native products, with experience at an early-stage startup, as a founder, or as a first product manager.

Hands-on prototyping experience with AI developer tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

Strong collaboration skills with engineers and an understanding of product scoping and delivery.

Experience analyzing product data with SQL or coding agents is useful.

Ability to work on-site in New York City without relocation assistance.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationOn-site in New York, New York, United States.
