About the RoleJoin an early-stage AI company as a founding Account Executive, building the enterprise sales motion for technology that helps organizations adopt AI. You will work closely with leadership to develop pipeline and close paid pilots and production agreements with senior technical buyers. What You'll DoOwn the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through pilot close, production conversion, and account expansion.

Run consultative discovery and product demonstrations with CTOs, CIOs, and other enterprise decision-makers.

Scope and sell paid pilots, then convert successful engagements into production contracts.

Build new business pipeline through direct outreach, calls, professional networks, and investor introductions.

Refine sales messaging, document effective practices, and develop repeatable processes as the team grows.

What We're Looking ForFour to eight years of enterprise sales experience, including full-cycle sourcing and closing of deals valued at $100,000 or more.

Experience selling complex AI or technical products to senior technology leaders at enterprise organizations.

A strong track record of generating new business and winning net-new customers.

Experience at early-stage startups or in lean, fast-moving environments.

Fluency in the AI and machine learning landscape, with the ability to build credibility with technical buyers.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ashby, and ServiceNow.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary is $140,000 to $180,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationOn-site in New York, New York, five days per week.
