• Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion, delivering on schedule, within budget and to Griffco's quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, permitting, scopes of work and change orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, trade partners and internal project teams.
• Coordinate estimating, design, preconstruction, field operations and executive leadership to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Anticipate challenges, identify solutions and proactively manage project risks.
• Foster strong relationships while maintaining accountability, clear communication and exceptional client service.
• Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement throughout every phase of construction.

What You'll Bring

What You'll Bring

• Experience managing industrial and/or cold storage construction projects from preconstruction through close-out.
• Design/build experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts and multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction software including Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to travel periodically for project meetings and jobsite visits.
