**About the Role**

The New York Philharmonic seeks a **Manager, Patron Program** to join the Development team. This role leads two key individual giving communities, the Patron Program (individual donors giving $3,000–$24,999) and Young New Yorkers (donors aged 21–45), supporting donor engagement, events, and fundraising efforts across both programs. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working directly with donors, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a collaborative fundraising environment.

The position works directly with donors, supervises a Development Associate, and partners across the Development team to support outreach, engagement, and program coordination. The role also includes attendance at concerts, rehearsals, and events, including evenings and weekends as needed.
