As a Travel Partnerships Project Manager in the Chase Travel team, you will lead key hotel partnership operations, improve onboarding and content quality, and help deliver a premium booking experience for our customers through clear processes and strong partner relationships. Job responsibilities

Implement and improve processes that support direct hotel programs

Manage hotel partner onboarding, including timelines, requirements, and issue resolution

Validate hotel partner rate and content submissions for completeness and accuracy

Coordinate with internal relationship teams to drive partner communication and timely follow-up

Partner with product teams to develop and maintain room and content mapping processes

Review online rates and content to ensure an accurate, premium customer experience

Communicate directly with hotel partners to collect required rates, content, and program details

Resolve escalations efficiently to support a seamless point-of-sale experience

Conduct audits of rates, content, benefits, and program details to maintain quality standards

Maintain clear communication across stakeholders, documenting decisions and next steps

Use data-driven insights to identify root causes and continuously improve processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience managing external partners or suppliers in a business-to-business environment

Experience supporting travel, hospitality, or accommodations programs (or comparable partner-driven programs)

Strong project management skills, including process design, execution, and stakeholder coordination

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align internal and external partners

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing rates, content, and operational workflows

Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Knowledge of Sabre global distribution system (GDS)
