Lead the opening and daily operations of a new Kia dealership in Burleson, Texas, from the ground up.
General Manager — New Kia Dealership (Open Point) Burleson, TX · Full-time · Base + Percentage of Net · Demo ·
Build It From Day One Open points don't come around often, and GM seats at one come around less often still. We've been awarded a new Kia franchise in Burleson and we're hiring the General Manager who will open the doors and run it.
This isn't a turnaround. There's no inherited payroll, no legacy processes, no bad habits to unwind. You'll hire your own leadership team, set the pay plans, choose the vendors, and build the culture from the first day forward. If you've ever walked into a store and thought "I'd do this differently," this is the job where you get to.
Why Burleson Burleson sits on the I-35W corridor just south of Fort Worth and has been one of the fastest-growing cities in North Texas for the better part of a decade. Rooftop density on this side of the metroplex hasn't kept pace with the households moving in. Combine that with Kia's product run — Telluride, Sportage, Carnival, and an EV lineup that keeps taking share — and the volume opportunity here is real, not projected.
