About this role

Company Description

Overview Who is Zenith Analytics?

At Zenith, we put data-driven understanding of our clients’ customers first, so we know whom to reach and when to talk to them. And by keeping our finger on the pulse of consumer attitudes and reactions, we know how to keep that conversation on track. That’s at the heart of Live ROI, and it all starts with Analytics.

Why Join the Edgewell Team at Publicis?

This is an opportunity to help shape the future of some of the most recognized brands in personal care while working in a truly integrated environment.

At Publicis, our Power of One model brings creative strategy & development, media strategy, commerce, analytics, and activation together as one team. That means you will have a voice earlier in the process, work across disciplines, and help drive business decisions, not just execute against them. You will work on an exceptional portfolio of brands including Schick, Cremo, Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic, Billie, Wet Ones, and Jack Black. From reinvigorating iconic brands with fresh thinking and innovative media strategies to accelerating emerging brands and embedding them into culture, the opportunities for impact are significant.

And most importantly, we are evolving the client-agency partnership. Together, we are focused on driving real business outcomes, connecting media and commerce performance to growth, and operating as a true extension of the Edgewell team. This is a chance to do meaningful work, influence the future of great brands, and help take the business to the next level.

What does Zenith Analytics do?

Working closely with both the Business Planning and Activation teams, Analytics designs the data strategy to tie our clients’ marketing to real-world business goals. We then mine that data to optimize campaigns and tell the stories that bring our clients closer to their marketing, helping them understand if they’re talking to the people they want, and if they’re doing it the right way.

What does a successful Analyst look like?

We don’t all look the same, and we don’t expect you to, either. But a successful Analyst should share our passion for emerging tech and media, bring a data-driven approach to decision-making, determine a point of view and share it in a positive way, gear up for a challenge, and always crave to learn more and improve. Familiarity with media analytics helps, especially digital media, but isn’t necessarily a requirement. Prior professional experience is highly desired.

What does an Analyst do day-to-day?

The Senior Analysts form the foundation of the Analytics team. They pull and arrange data from a multitude of sources to feed business-improving insights, then build thoughtful presentations and reports that bring the story home to our clients. They work closely with their manager to learn the most efficient and effective ways of wrangling with data as they learn to become full-fledged story tellers.
