The team is based in San Francisco and includes engineers, designers, and operators from Airbnb, Palantir, Pinterest, IMC, Shopify, LinkedIn, and Microsoft.

About the RoleHey there! James here 👋, co-founder at Conversion. Just wanted to share my thoughts on the perfect candidate we're looking for to be one our Founding Product Managers. Product at Conversion means you'll be defining how the future of marketing will look like. You'll get a chance to work with some of the world's most impactful enterprises that have entrusted us to solve their most pressing growth bottlenecks. This means embodying four core responsibilities: Owning product areas: You'll own core product surfaces end to end, from initial discovery, ideation, implementation, and delivery.

Customer obsession: Collaborate directly with customers and design partners to shape how our product is built. We relentless obsess with delighting and delivering value to our customers through our offerings, and that starts with deeply understanding them.

Set the vision: We're constantly defining what's new in the world of marketing, that's now made possible with advancements in AI. You'll work hand in hand with our in house AI research team to productize moonshot projects. Learn more about our research here: https://conversion.ai/labs

Ship it yourself: Deeply collaborate with the engineering team to bring the product to life- or even leverage AI to ship features yourself!

This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.
