IOTA Activation Project Manager

About the Opportunity

SCx is seeking an experienced IOTA Activation Project Manager to support a healthcare facility initial outfitting, transition, and activation program in Gainesville, Florida.

The successful candidate will provide project leadership across planning, coordination, activation, logistics, stakeholder engagement, scheduling, risk management, equipment/furnishings coordination, and transition activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead healthcare facility initial outfitting, transition, and activation activities.

Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.

Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.

Support acquisition planning and coordination of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and related requirements.

Coordinate logistics, installation, delivery, relocation, and activation activities.

Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.

Conduct and participate in stakeholder meetings.

Coordinate readiness and turnover activities.

Support project reporting, quality control, and documentation.

Coordinate with healthcare facility representatives and other project stakeholders.

Ensure activities remain aligned with project requirements, schedule, and operational needs.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience serving as a project manager in a lead role on healthcare space-related projects.

5+ years of experience performing initial outfitting, transition, and activation services for healthcare facilities.

Demonstrated experience with healthcare infrastructure and operations.

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Experience managing schedules, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder meetings.

Experience with acquisition planning, FF&E coordination, activation, and turnover.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in Gainesville, Florida.

Ability to meet applicable VA background investigation, PIV, training, and facility-access requirements.

Preferred

VA medical facility experience.

Experience with healthcare relocation or activation programs.

Experience supporting federal healthcare projects.

Experience coordinating FF&E procurement and installation.

PMP or similar project management credential.
