About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Manager to support delivery across a complex, cross-functional transformation program within a wealth and investment platform environment. This role will focus on coordinating multiple workstreams tied to platform enhancements, product rollout, and operational improvements and close partnership with Product Engineering team.

This is a high-impact role working across technology, product, and operations teams, helping drive execution in a fast-moving and evolving environment. The ideal candidate combines strong delivery capabilities with an ability to work closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions and drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives across technology, product, operations, and advisor-facing platforms.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and risks are actively tracked and escalated.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver platform enhancements, integrations, and product rollouts.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Product Engineering teams, ensuring priorities, requirements, and delivery expectations are aligned.
• Support stabilization of a legacy platform experiencing production and advisor-impacting issues.
• Contribute to delivery of a multi-phase roadmap, including new product rollout and future migration activities.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and executive status reporting using tools such as Airtable or Jira.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and timely decision-making.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks in complex, time-sensitive environments.
• Support governance and reporting standards, ensuring consistency and delivery transparency.
• Assist with product launch activities, release planning, user readiness, and operational implementation efforts.
• Work closely with Product Engineering to analyze issues, coordinate resolutions, and drive continuous platform improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, project management, business analysis, or a related role within financial services, fintech, or wealth management.
• Experience supporting technology, platform, or product transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to operate in high-pressure, production-sensitive environments.
• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with dependencies and tight timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to work across technology, product, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Experience partnering directly with Product and Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable work for technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Strong proficiency with the following tools – Jira, Airtable, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to deliver clear executive-level updates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving business needs.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Exposure to wealth management, investment platforms, or advisor-facing technology
• Exposure to Direct Indexing or custom indexing strategies is a plus, but not required
• Experience supporting Product Engineering, Product Operations, or platform modernization initiatives.
• Previous experience working within cross-functional product organizations that include Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams.
• Experience supporting software releases, production issue management, and platform adoption initiatives.
