Lead regional field-services operations, build and scale crew teams, and drive profitability and performance metrics.
We're hiring General Managers to build and lead our field-services operations across their respective regions, with each leader taking ownership of their territory's growth, performance, and success.
This is an opportunity to build and lead a regional field-services business from the ground up. You'll recruit and develop field teams, partner with Business Development to secure initial utility projects, and take full ownership of regional performance, including crew utilization, cost per pole, profitability, and on-time delivery. Your first year will focus on establishing the operation, with a goal of scaling to three or more crews by year two.
