Description

Associate Director leading global clinical supply chain strategy and execution for specialized radiopharmaceutical therapies. Directs clinical trial startup, manages investigational product delivery to patients, and oversees cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical supply management startup and execution across global radiopharmaceutical clinical studies
• Oversee end-to-end clinical supply processes from patient scheduling through investigational product dosing and destruction
• Develop label text, manage translations and proofs, and support IRT system development and user acceptance testing
• Build and mentor high-performing clinical supply team while providing leadership coaching to junior staff
• Serve as liaison for supply, transportation, logistics, and traceability issues across organizational functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, life sciences, or related field
• 8+ years clinical supply chain management experience with global trial startup and execution responsibility
• Working knowledge of ICH, FDA, IRB/IEC, and applicable regulations
• Strong expertise in label development, IRT/XRS, and temperature-controlled distribution
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willingness to perform clinical supply chain core functions hands-on when needed

Compensation: $124,070 to $186,104 base annual salary
