About the RoleJoin an early-stage AI software team building tools for in-person sales and coaching. You will ship full-stack product features from concept to production, helping customers solve practical problems while shaping engineering standards as the team grows. What You'll DoBuild and launch high-quality product features across the stack, moving quickly while maintaining strong engineering standards.

Develop new capabilities from scratch as part of the technical roadmap.

Work with empathy for users and turn their real-world needs into useful solutions.

Contribute to code quality and technical decisions, and help establish practices for a growing engineering team.

Grow your ownership as the company scales and help recruit future engineers.

What We're Looking ForOne to three years of experience building and shipping software, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.

Full-stack product experience delivering user-facing features with React or React Native, TypeScript, and Python.

Exposure to cloud infrastructure through product development, including experience deploying infrastructure on AWS.

Ability to iterate quickly without sacrificing quality, with a customer-first mindset and interest in learning directly from users.

Strong CS fundamentals and evidence of initiative, entrepreneurial drive, or success in a talent-dense environment.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary is $192,500 to $258,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationOn-site in New York, NY, five days per week.
