**Location:** Chicago, IL

**Salary:** $120k-160k base salary

A well-established commercial general contractor in the Chicago area is looking to add an experienced **Project Manager** to its growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to manage high-quality commercial projects while joining a company with a strong pipeline of work and long-term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

* Manage commercial construction projects from **preconstruction through closeout** * Oversee **budgets, schedules, contracts, and project financials** * Manage **RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications** * Coordinate with **owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams** * Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates * Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure projects remain **on schedule and within budget** * Manage subcontractor procurement and contract administration * Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project

Qualifications

* **5+ years of commercial construction experience** * Previous experience as a **Project Manager with a general contractor** * Experience managing commercial projects throughout the Chicagoland area preferred * Strong understanding of **construction schedules, budgets, contracts, and project documentation** * Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
