A Leadership Opportunity with an Established Brand
An established Los Angeles luxury dog resort has expanded to Dallas, and we are seeking a General Manager to lead our Dallas location.
For more than a decade, our flagship facility in California has built a reputation for exceptional care, thoughtful design, and an environment where dogs can safely play, socialize, and relax under professional supervision. In Dallas, we’re looking for a strong operational leader to uphold those same standards of excellence and keep raising the bar.
This is an opportunity to lead a growing team, shape the culture of a brand-new facility, and grow a premium location in one of the country’s fastest-growing markets.
While a love of dogs is important, success in this role depends on strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to manage a busy multi-department service business.

$60,000 – $70,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
Monthly performance bonus
Medical, dental, and vision benefits (after eligibility period)
Paid time off and employee discounts
Complimentary daycare and boarding for your own dog
Two weeks of paid training in Los Angeles (travel and lodging included)
Growth opportunities as the company expands to additional locations
