About the Position
ServCorp (SCx) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide leadership, coordination, and oversight for a large-scale facilities support operation.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate multiple operational activities while maintaining high standards of performance.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day project leadership and coordination.
Coordinate personnel, resources, schedules, and operational priorities.
Monitor progress and address issues affecting performance.
Communicate effectively with customers, employees, management, and project stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Support quality, safety, environmental, and operational objectives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates.
Identify risks and develop solutions to operational challenges.
Promote compliance with applicable company and workplace requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Demonstrated project or operations management experience.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work on-site in China Lake, California.
Ability to satisfy applicable employment, background, and facility-access requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing large-scale facilities, operations, logistics, construction, or support services.
Government or regulated-industry experience.
Project management certification or comparable professional training.
Experience managing cross-functional teams.
