Manage metal projects from contract award to closeout, overseeing budget, schedule, quality, and safety while coordinating internal teams and subcontractors.
The Metal Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the successful execution of assigned metal projects from contract award through closeout. The PM is fully accountable for schedule, budget, scope, quality, and safety, while aligning execution with Raydeo’s operational capacity and strategic goals.
Each PM manages approximately $5M in completed annual work, contributing to the company’s target of $25M annually at a blended 30% gross margin. The PM determines what work is executed internally versus subcontracted based on capacity and timing.
The PM serves as the single point of contact for the client’s representative and is responsible for coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and external trades. This is NOT a remote position.
