**Description**

Intercare Therapy is seeking an Applied Behavior Analysis Program Manager to lead ABA services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will oversee clinical programming, supervise behavior technicians, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for children and young adults with autism. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, conducting assessments, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families, schools, and healthcare providers. Lead and manage ABA programs for a caseload of clients with autism across home, school, clinic, and community settings. Conduct and oversee functional behavior assessments and ongoing clinical assessments. Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices. Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians. Monitor treatment fidelity and client progress through systematic data collection, review, and data-driven decision making. Prepare and maintain clear, timely, and compliant documentation, including session notes, reports, and treatment updates. Collaborate with parents and caregivers, providing training and coaching to support generalization of skills and family engagement. Coordinate with other healthcare providers, educators, and community partners to ensure integrated, person-centered care. Support scheduling, caseload management, and day-to-day operational coordination for assigned programs or regions. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, internal case reviews, and team meetings to enhance clinical effectiveness and service quality. Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and regulatory and ethical standards, and apply this knowledge in program oversight. Promote and model Intercare’s inclusive, supportive culture and high service standards in all interactions with clients, families, and staff. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program design Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development Supervision of ABA clinicians and RBTs Data collection and analysis Report writing and case documentation Parent and caregiver training Staff training and performance coaching Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Treatment plan development and monitoring Interdisciplinary care coordination Use of electronic health record (EHR) systems Scheduling and caseload management Quality assurance and outcome measurement Regulatory and ethical compliance (HIPAA, BACB) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-eligible strongly preferred Active state licensure where applicable for behavior analysts or related discipline Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community and home-based visits Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians and interdisciplinary teams Familiarity with HIPAA and BACB ethical guidelines
