• Experience building product features in complex technical domains; applied AI, prompting systems, evaluation infrastructure, or agent-style workflows is a plus.

• A track record of scoping and delivering impactful features with your team.

• Ability to bring structure, judgment, and collaboration to evolving AI/product challenges.

• Enjoy working in a highly cross-functional environment.

Salary: $202,000–$299,000 per year
