Location: Sunnyvale, California (On-site)

COMPENSATION: $49 - $59 HOURLY

Role Overview

An established organization in the technology sector is seeking a program management professional to support sustaining operations across multiple consumer hardware programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive operational efficiency, manage tracking systems, and facilitate clear communication across diverse workgroups. This position requires a professional who can synthesize complex information into clear executive reports and maintain critical tracking databases with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex hardware projects by developing detailed plans to accomplish post-launch product goals.
• Consolidate key performance indicators, attendee lists, and meeting minutes to prepare professional reporting decks for leadership.
• Maintain and update internal notification systems, tracking tools, and incident management databases.
• Create, track, and audit purchase orders to ensure accurate financial reconciliation.
• Analyze technology and resource needs to assist management in assessing project feasibility.
• Confer with engineering, production, and marketing teams to align on project specifications and change control procedures.
• Facilitate clear communication across cross-functional teams to ensure action items are completed efficiently.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer hardware operations or program management is required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with advanced capabilities in Excel and Google Sheets is required. Practical experience utilizing Jira and Word is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within enterprise-level technology environments.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter or similar product lifecycle management databases.
• Demonstrated experience leading procurement tracking and sustaining operations.
