Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered enterprise solutions within UiPath's Healthcare business.
Lead the evolution of early-stage, customer-specific solutions into scalable, configurable, and repeatable software products.
Identify opportunities to reduce custom development, streamline implementations, and accelerate time-to-value for new customers.
Translate customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
Establish meaningful product success metrics across adoption, customer satisfaction, deployment efficiency, and commercial performance.
Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through design, development, launch, and iteration.
Partner closely with engineering and design to develop detailed product requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Work with engineering to improve product scalability, configurability, usability, and implementation efficiency.
Develop prototypes, wireframes, or functional concepts using modern AI-assisted development and prototyping tools to communicate product ideas and accelerate development.
Balance near-term customer requirements with long-term product scalability, maintainability, and commercial viability.
Introduce structure, operating rhythms, and product development best practices that improve execution as the business scales.
Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows, pain points, requirements, and opportunities for product innovation.
Incorporate customer feedback and production learnings into product strategy and development priorities.
Identify common requirements across customer implementations and translate them into reusable product capabilities.
