Job Summary The Department of Psychiatry's Pediatric Psychiatry OCD and Tic Disorders Program is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Program Manager. This person would be working with a team of four clinicians, one patient service coordinator, one research specialist, and two interns. This would be a 50–60% time commitment and would involve leading and managing programs and project operations, including overseeing project execution to ensure goals, timelines, and budgets are met. They would also be responsible for implementing all policies and procedures necessary to ensure a safe and efficient department, as well as managing a team that supports the daily administration of programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and diligent; can work independently and as part of a team; and has excellent communication skills.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen and ability to identify and pursue funding opportunities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
