Summary

Lead cross-functional new product development and introduction initiatives within the Program Management Office.

About this role

QubicaAMF is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional new product development and introduction initiatives for bowling entertainment capital equipment within the Program Management Office.

Based at QubicaAMF's US headquarters in Richmond, Virginia, the role drives integrated project management across technical, operational, and commercial functions. The Project Manager is accountable for the integrated project plan, governance process, management of schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, and objective status reporting for assigned initiatives. Functional leaders remain accountable for the content, quality, and delivery of their respective workstreams.

The role involves managing multiple initiatives in parallel, maintaining oversight of commitments and dependencies, and facilitating the resolution of competing priorities and resource constraints.

This is a visible, hands-on position with broad cross-functional and international exposure. Success requires the ability to create structure in complex situations, influence without direct authority, build credible cross-functional commitments, and constructively challenge unsupported assumptions, plans, and commitments.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys building structure within a growing and evolving organization. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in an environment where processes, tools, governance practices, and project management standards continue to mature over time. Rather than relying on highly defined frameworks, this individual will help create clarity, drive accountability, and implement practical solutions that improve execution across the business.

The position reports to the Senior PMO Manager based at QubicaAMF's European headquarters in Bologna, Italy. \n

Establish and operate project governance scaled to the needs of each initiative, including project reviews, risk and issue management, decision tracking, and escalation.

Provide objective, evidence-based reporting on project status, forecasts, risks, and readiness to the Senior PMO Manager and senior management.

Coordinate cross-functional development and product introduction readiness, including validation, supplier and manufacturing readiness, product and process quality, documentation, delivery and installation, service and spare parts, and commercial launch preparation, as applicable to each project.
