▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills Lead global projects from the pre-sales phase through definition and deployment, identifying schedules, scope, budget estimates, implementation plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Create project timelines. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan. Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration. Lead RFQ and RFP response efforts. Support the development of project documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents, integration guides, and other deliverables as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise schedules or budgets to ensure project requirements can be met. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day communication regarding project status and changes.

▶︎ Preferred Skills 3-5+ years of direct experience in new product development and introduction in one or more of the following technology areas:

• Mobility
• Telematics
• Internet of Things (IoT)
• Network Access Devices 3-5+ years of Project Management experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with Monday.com. Ability to communicate in both English and Japanese is preferred, but not required. Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% as needed. Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
