Qualifications

3+ years of management experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Flexible schedule and availability Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods

What You'll Do

As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and success of your store. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, motivating, and developing a team of 8-12 employees Recruiting and training new team members Driving sales and maximizing store profitability Achieving personal and store sales goals Managing accounting, service, collections, and inventory Delegating responsibilities effectively Maintaining operational standards and exceptional customer service Evaluating team performance and providing ongoing coaching Ensuring a positive, productive, and customer-focused store environment
